RENTAL INFORMATION

Rental Agreement, Payment Application and Customer Information:

Please email us at rentals@violetcrowncostume company.com to place a rental request and receive the appropriate new client paperwork. This paperwork must be completed before any rentals are released. We will contact you once you are approved for rental.

ALL RENTALS must have a completed Rental Agreement sent to us before any rentals are released. We will contact you after we receive the completed paperwork.
We offer weekly rentals and production rentals (+/- 16 weeks)
If you are in need of a rental extension call or email us and we will provide you with extension rates.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ONLINE PAYMENT FOR RENTALS UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE APPROPRIATE PAPERWORK AND ARE AN APPROVED CUSTOMER.

Wardrobe - Wardrobe can be shipped within the United States.
Equipment - Due to the size, weight and condition, EQUIPMENT CAN ONLY BE PICKED UP AT OUR WAREHOUSE

Loss & Damage:

Customers are liable for items that are lost or damaged and will be charged based on the replacement value listed thru our agreement. We reserve the right to accept or decline any customer offered replacements.
