Shipping
Processing can take between 1 and 3 business days, though we try our best to fulfill your orders within 1 business day of the purchase, pending credit card verification.
If you need rushed processing, please include the Rush Charge on your order. Please note cut off times for same day shipping are 1pm CST.
We offer convenient Economy (5-8 days), Standard (3-4 days), and Express (1-2 days) shipping options at our checkout. We also allow for our customers to use their own shipping accounts or labels.
For our customers who would like to use their own shipping method, like providing a carrier account number or their own shipping labels, you may choose this option at checkout. Please note - if we are not able to contact you to make shipping arrangements within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
If you would like your purchase shipped using your own shipping account number or labels, please select the 'customer provided shipping' option at checkout. Please be sure to include an accurate shipping address and contact information at checkout. We will contact you within 1 business day to complete shipping arrangements.

At this time, we do not offer free shipping options. But we are exploring more ways to offer this to our customers in the future. Stay tuned!
Yes! Local pickup is available from our warehouse location at 704 Hwy 71 W, Bastrop TX 78602 during our normal business hours, 10a - 6p. If you would like to make arrangements to pick up an order or rental outside of our business hours, give us a call.
We offer local delivery for an additional fee on a case by case basis. Please call or email us ahead of your purchase to make arrangements for local delivery.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Opened products will be considered on a case by case basis.
To start a return, complete the Returns form on the website or visit us in store.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the returned item a refund, less the return shipping cost, will be returned to your payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like modesty and undergarments, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
